To fly your drone you need to register it first. Drones which are heavier than 1 kg (2.2 lbs) or lighter than 25 kg (55 lbs) need to be registered via IAA. Drones which are heavier than 25 KG (55 lbs) need to be registered in different category.
Age Restrictions
You must be over 16 years of age to register a drone. Drones operated by those under 16 years of age must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
